W-Amp is a network multi-room stereo amplifier, which is the Definitive Technology answer to the growing popularity of streaming files, network services and multiroom solutions.
Equipped with optical digital input and analog 2xRCA input for televisions, CD/DVD/Blu-ray, TV set-top boxes, mini-jack for smartphones and tablets, and a line 2xRCA output for other amplifiers. Subwoofer output is an addition directed to the lovers of the music based on low tones and to home cinema. The amplifier operates completely in the digital domain and combines high-end streaming player with DAC and 2x150W RMS/4 ohm (2x70W RMS / 8 ohm)power amplifiers, able to drive virtually any floor or monitor loudspeaker in a similar price range.
